  8. First, I got sooo hype when I saw that NSU photo. #BEHOLD!!! I entered in 2005. We may have passed each other on campus. ????

    I started my weight loss journey during my senior year in college and it was an up and down road. I was pushing 300lbs, diagnosed with panic disorder, GAD, depression, etc…I won't type my whole story, but…it was TOUGH.

    I started losing weight after college, yet I still felt dead inside. I had a suicide attempt in 2014 and that was the start of my spiritual journey.

    Fast forward to now, I've lost 100lbs, which I'm extremely proud of, but I'm still not 100%. I'm struggling with chronic pain and I tried dayum near everthing…except fitness. I think exercise MAY be my true awakening. I'm at my breaking point.

    Anyway, I'm sooo happy to have found your channel.

    Also I know a few of your friends. Those photos gave me such a deep sense of nostalgia. Thank you sooo much! God bless you. ????

    What do you have available for beginners women's fitness? I don't need to lose anymore fat. I actually feel I lost too much. My goal is to not just strengthen/tone, but drastically increase my flexibility. Right now I'm only able to work out at home. The chronic pain condition has debilitated me significantly, but I'm now motivated to try the fitness route. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
