  1. Love your energy and your healthy outlook on lifestyle/health. It's very easy to get caught up in what we see on Instagram and put so much pressure on ourselves to look a certain way. But your outlook is so inspiring. Enjoy life but do your best to make healthy choices and work out by doing what you like (yoga, lifting, running, etc).

    I have always struggled with my body image. I've been very thin my entire life and hearing "why dont you eat something" and "only dogs like bones" used to hurt me and make me so anxious to go to the gym. I've become a lot happier/comfortable in my own skin. I may not be able to lift as much as most people but hey I'm trying and making progress to feel strong. Thank you for being a great supporter to both those who are already fitness experts but to us who are new to this. Keep doing you boo!

  2. Hi Brit! I'm just getting into your videos! I love them, do you have or can you do a separate video about how to start counting macros for beginners? I know you eat intuitively now but I would love to get started and I know a lot of people use certain apps and such!
