Every stage brings you closer to your goal. Every stage happens for a reason. . Today was a huge day for me in my journey. I completed my 80 day program. I never missed one single day. I was not fully on point with my nutrition but I am still learning how to manage through stress eating. I know that each day has been and will be different – thats what happens when you make a lifestyle change. My motto is progress not perfection. I will continue to celebrate each victory both big and small. . My journey does not stop here. This is only the beginning. I will continue to work towards a healthier me.
