  1. What’s the easiest way to track macros? I work out 4-5 times a week and do cardio almost all those days and eat a somewhat decent diet – decently healthy but enjoy an apple cider donut or a two a couple times a week. I think my missing factor is tracking my calories but I just feel to lazy to do it. Soo yea what’s your advice for that and what’s the best way?

Love your vids man and can’t wait for the new series, keep it up ????

  2. Any good resources to find maintenance calories that are accurate? The TDEE calculators seem high. Or just track food for a couple weeks and go from there?

  3. first of all, HILARIOUS beginning hahah love the energy and the info! FACTS hell ya and its all about the "functional lifestyle" like you say! love it … thanks for the great upload.
i just started a channel and would LOVE any feedback/support you may have 🙂 looking forward to watching your journey, Lex!!!

  5. Start taking cold showers lex, I haven’t been sick in nearly 2 years apart from the occasional sniffles! Before then I always used to get sick around this time of the year when it’s getting cold

  6. I have never liked a video on YouTube before, not that I haven’t liked the videos I just don’t click that like button, lazy I know! But this has been brilliant made me laugh and was very helpful.. lean bulk it is ???

  7. Lex, will a 500 rep challenge every two weeks help me push through any moments of lazyness I encounter? the main idea first is to lose about half of myself (that being the fat?)
