  1. 5:06 This has nothing to do with the video but its so strange that for Americans sparkling water (in this case San Pellegrino) seems to be some fancy shit 😀 I dont get it. Is it expensive in the US? Or is ts because you get free water in restaurants (I didnt know about that until recently… in europe you always have to pay for water)

  2. 5:47 Lol so you think that your brain doesnt get energy when you dont eat 6 times a day 😀 Thats not how it works. The body has enough fat reserves to get his glucose. As much as I agree with your video about kinobody intermitted fasting is actually healthy because our bodies arent used to eating multiple times a day. That oversupply of food we have nowadays has only been the case for the last 80 years or so. Evolution (usually)cant keep up that fast and before that there have been thousands of years in which humans ate for the most part once a day (sometimes not even that). And it also helps if you just want to lose weight because you just cant eat as much if youre only allowed to eat for 4-6 hours a day. BUT I dont think that you can gain muscle while on that diet.

  3. IF works different on every person. In my case it helps me with my muay thai trainig, wich i o with an empty stomach. Also fasted cardio is great. But all the stuff that dude said in the video while drinking san pellegrino is bullshit.

  4. I find Kinobody annoying too but I personally practice IF too and it does work very well for me to eat without miserably counting my calories everyday yet still stay below 10% body fat consistently. As for what you said about performance in the gym, no one says you have to train during fasted state; I always train in my fed state, about 3 hours after my 12pm meal (1st meal of the day) which always includes a fuckload of carbs

  5. Kinobody could actually be a great role model for alot of people if he wasn't such a douchbag. Why are so many popular weightlifter such assholes? Couldn't they just be humble and help the community instead of shoving shit down peoples throat? Kinobody is grade A douchy

  6. He's right about intermittent fasting — Layne Norton talks about this on his podcast with Joe Rogan. It still comes down to calories in vs. calories out, and its going to fuck your workouts up if you have no carbs in your system.

  7. Honestly, watching kinobody, and your commentary you both act like douches. Losing weight is a test of self control and people have different ways of doing this. Intermittent fasting is how lots of people lost weight before it even became labeled. In the past to lose weight, people just skipped meals and went hungry to lose weight an it works. With that said there are actually documented benefits and if it helps people succeed because it fits their "style" then why knock it. It drives me nuts to think how complicated the industry seems to make it, in order to sell their programs, supplements and products. For some people, its easier to just skip means rather than counting calories and carefully prepping meals.

  8. no. your brain doesnt need glucose. omg. The brain runs 70% more efficiently on ketone-bodies. Thats why Gandhi fasted. It does give you mental clarity. You lose weight much faster with IF or normal fasting. So two things he said are true. But remember Gandhi's physique… Not eating destroys your muscles do to lack of protein.
