  1. i have JROTC at my highschool I graduated this year and I only did part of this. Ammo Cans 50lb each fireman carry a huge kid like he was fat and taller than me and I'm 5.5 he weighed like 200+ it is a challenge and very challenging. I fell over with the kid on my back and i had to get him back up… its something

  2. The kind that you would do in a combat environment. If I'm not mistaken that is what the CFT is designed to test, physical fitness, combat style. It's not like you will lock your body, make sure your chest only touches the ground, etc., etc. when you are in combat.

  3. Yep I agree. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but nothing was coming. And I heard that most of the celebrities used to follow to kill their belly using this 7 food items. you can watch out here bit.ly/1cNvwaN?=pgxhz

  4. I was going to tell you to stop being such a motto dick-head but then I realized that I agree with you. This Marine barely bent his elbows, I'm sure they added the respective amount of seconds to his time, still 1st class though.

  5. My recruiter has them done together.
First we do the 800 meter run and the ammo can lifts, and then this directly after. Damn near impossible for my scrawny ass but It will get better over time.

  6. Females do this as well? How is dragging someone and lifting them up counted? What is someone is 130 and they're made to pick up someone who weighs 200?! How's that even work?

  7. I'm in an AFJROTC program and for a field day event I singned up for an event called the "obstacle course" and this is exactly what we had to do. I underestimated this, and it backfired. I fell a during the fireman's carry, but managed to finish the course. My point? This is very difficult and much respect to the armed forces personnal who do this.

  8. I hated buddy fuckers who dig their heels into the dirt and makes it harder for you to drag them.
I always try to lighten myself and also move along with them a little to help out the person that is testing during the buddy drag.

  9. My best was 2:43 movement to contact 100 ammo can lifts and 1:46 muf with hit and oh yeah I threw up 3 times after I was done and they called corpsman up a cfr will make not want to reenlist lol

  10. This part is the "Maneuver under Fire" right? Does anyone know if this is done as an isolated event, or is "Maneuver Under Fire" completed immediately after "Movement to Contact" (880yard sprint) and "Ammunition Lift" (lifting 30lb ammo 91 times)?

  11. Just did one today.. 2:14 with a miss.. 100 ammo cans.. 2:37 movement to contact (880m)
All together takes under 8-9 minutes but it slays like a mother..
