  1. I’m a new subscriber but I’m just curious why people are complaining that you’re not sharing your total macros?

    People need to understand that macros vary per person, knowing this guys daily intake isn’t gonna do jack shit for your gains or weight loss yours will vary as mine will compared to his. If you’re comparing your body to his stop immediately it’s not be the same. Although it may be close it more than likely will not be the same. Focus on your goals, train hard and eat right and you will do just fine.

  2. I was looking for some clarification, maybe a baseline to see how this works–got zilch 20 minutes of nothing. More of a VLOG, day in the life thing

  3. Medical literature does not say that sodium is bad for you. In fact your body needs sodium. But too much sodium is bad, especially for people with high blood pressure or at risk for high blood pressure. Your comment was very misleading

  4. very nice about 315 grams Proteeeennn, 135 carbs,,, and 82 fat pretty much perfect bodybuilding diet keeping starchy carbs low
    and watching your fat! and around 2600 calories just perfect activity alone will shred you up with this 5 meal approach!

  5. Does anyone else really dislike the overly aggressive 'BOOM!' That the tiger does in the beginning of every video? Its like, ok, we get it, you're super alpha and aggressive.
