The video was sent to me and I posted it in a FB group and members wanted to share the video. It wouldn’t let me share so I reuploaded it to my channel just so people could share it. I wanted people to see what happens from this persons view.
There are different sides to this story and over the next few days it will all come out. This is a sad story.

The baby even got injured during all this smh this is so crazy I've seen a few ppl who were there say the man wasn't armed and didn't run.. only person who said he was is the cops and the guy that owns the smoothie shop and if you go on his Facebook page it's nothing but racist posts
My heart breaks for the little girl that had to watch all of that happen.
It's absolutely mind baffling at this moment in time that ppl actually believe whatever the police, politicians, government officials or mainstream media reports as the truth!! When is America gonna wake up?
I will say body cam video will be clear as day , the video cameras that planet fitness will be clear as day , it won't be the word of mouth but clear proof ! Compliance goes a long way in getting through any situation ! The cops have to deal with tuff situations ! Rushing to judgement doesnt work , using the mob mentality doesn't work ! Let the evidence come out and justice will be served !
Even if he had a gun so fucking what? This is America he has a Constitutional Right to bear arms. But if he pointed at them that's a different story. Its seems real odd that white mass murders can shoot n murders ppl in these mass shootings but still be arrested by police without incident. Walmart, Black Church in South Carolina, Black Church in Texas even so called Sandy Hook and that High School in Florida. ALL were White, Armed n Murdered Innocent People..BUT WAS ARRESTED TOOK INTO CUSTODY WITHOUT BEEN KILLED BY THE POLICE…HMMM??
Everyone needs to calm down, every time people go protest about "racist cops" the body cam footage comes out days later and the victim has a gun or an officer is in danger. I'm not saying that's what happened, and its unfortunate he died, but before you yell "f*ck white people" maybe you should be an adult and use logic by waiting for the facts.

Just to let everyone know…these comments are filled with hate spewing black people who believe that any situation when a black man is shot and killed by police officers is without a doubt racist….they have no facts…and they will all act as if they were watching the whole thing in person when they weren’t…if you try to argue with them they will call you racist…if you try to reason with them…they will call you racist….if you try to agree with them…they will call you racist if your name sounds white…..just a heads up guys.

None of use saw a gun. It could have been a wallet or cellphone. Body cams will show what happened. My only issue is if cams were rolling and if not then its debatable what happened.
With his wife being dragged out of car. He may have had a gun to defend her. Its unclear what happened and praying for the wife and child. Their was no crime commited to cause this or the number of cops involved. Social media is based around video recording and dialogue so I would say this was an overreaction on att of police.
What really throws this in a mix is I never heard of a thing that someone would state. Videoing and asking personal questions. What were the question? And now the individual behind the call has to live with this blood. That's if they have any remorse to begin.
I would also like to hear the call that police received to understand why half the force was there

I live out close by there. Despite the statement his wife put out I heard from people that were there that he was pointing a gun at police and that he was asking people weird questions while at the gym.
From watching the video, the officers looked like gangsters rolling up on a rivalry gang. Were the suspects putting other lives in danger at the time? Was there a robbery or any other violent crime taking place?
He would have known that going for a gun at that moment would have surely been a death sentence, and he seemed to have something to live for. Did they command him to drop the weapon?
That smoothie manager is a fcking liar. On top of that why did they sick the dog on this man, why was there so many officer for a non violent situation. I want the footage from the cops the footage from the store, we want detailed recordings of the phone call. Fucking ridiculous sht police do this BS to us all the time and take it to the extremes for no reason.
Time to replace the District Attorney . He said on the news , the public doesn't have the right to know , and what are they going to do about it if they did know . This is the exact attitude of the officers who are terrorizing our citizens . They forget they our employees , paid for by taxes .
