  3. Yes but why are you dressed like that ? Lol When I workout I wear hoodies & leggings don’t need creepy old men undressing me with their eyes even though they already are regardless of how unattractive I make myself look!! Haha when you were doing the seated pull downs if you pull down behind you’re back as well as your chest your getting a better workout.

  4. Sup Savy! Just a little advice on the that bent over barbell row.. try pulling it towards the lower part of your belly button.. ??
