Yes but why are you dressed like that ? Lol When I workout I wear hoodies & leggings don’t need creepy old men undressing me with their eyes even though they already are regardless of how unattractive I make myself look!! Haha when you were doing the seated pull downs if you pull down behind you’re back as well as your chest your getting a better workout.

Sup Savy! Just a little advice on the that bent over barbell row.. try pulling it towards the lower part of your belly button.. ??
For back extension try to make your lower back touch the end of the seat
