  4. Waist trainer has worked for me. I pair it with exercising and watching what I eat though. Can’t expect to just lose weight by wrapping something around your midsection. But lifestyle change + waist trainer IS working for me! And of course don’t exercise or sleep with it on!

  5. My grandma is the person who judges me the most regarding weight loss or weight gain. Whenever i eat, she says i should stop and if i don’t eat, she always tells me to ‘break my fast’. I wish she wasn’t like this 🙁

Hello beautiful, I really love your channel and your positivity but it pains me every time I see you drinking a Keurig …the plastic that heats up in that machine is toxic and you’re killing yourself by drinking it every day. not to mention the plastic is absolutely toxic for the environment ? all love, I’m coming from a good place??

  7. Man you weren't lying when you said the SAME people making fun of you for eating a lot will be the SAME people making fun of you for meal prepping or eating healthy. I had family members tell me I would have big hips and was naturally out of shape because of my genetics when in reality I was just a normal 14 year old going through puberty. I was never even close to overweight, just lacked any muscle tone at a whopping 140lbs and not to mention was 5'5 at the time. I became vegan when I was 15, joined the track team and have been into all types of fitness and healthy balanced eating ever since. (22 years old now) The same people telling me I was out of shape, make fun of what I eat and mock me for choices I don't even mention around them. Just sad. I'm about 145lbs now, 5'6-5'7ish with a perfect healthy and toned body.
