This 30 min interval exercise will gives you general warm-up, and them cycle through biking intervals that range from max effort (Fast) to easy recovery (Slow).
Fast intensity is biking at 90-100% of your maximal exertion, with heavy breathing. Feel free to increase resistance /tension on your device.
Slow intensity is biking at 50-60% of you maximal exertion.
This workout will take 30 minutes and leave you dripping with sweat at the end.
