  1. I literally don’t think stretching before workout has advantage because I workout without it I am fine ,obviously starting to workout will hurt even if it is with stretching because your muscles are getting introduced to new type of movement .

  2. Kayla Itsines program basically glorifies eating disorders. Her program is based off of basically eating nothing and high intensity workouts. That is not a safe or sustainable lifestyle.

  3. A skinny woman cuts out all the sodium she was consuming and looks less bloated then gets paid to say the bbg made her look even skinnier

  4. I'd like to point out black has been known to make people look slimmer, 8:40 – she's wearing now a black sports bra and black tennis shoes vs no shoes. This is important because standing flat footed vs shoes that fit properly can effect posture – which in turn can make you look thinner. 8:47, her feet are apart and not together. I'm not trying to discredit any of the work she did but take everything with a grain of salt. It's easy to fake a before and after photo with this miniscule of a change. There seems to be almost a sponsor ship going on, so take it with a grain of salt. A healthy low sodium, low added sugar diet, and exercise has always been shown it can bring many benefits.

    Watch the jumpcuts, really annoying.

  5. I feel like a 30 minute workout or stretch a day gets me much further than a 1 hour workout or stretch once a week. For example, doing a forward fold for 5 minutes every day made me way more flexible than doing one hour of yoga once a week. Though the full hour session obviously has other benefits, especially mentally. Just saying, if you don't have a lot of time: 5 minutes a day can make a difference!

  6. I've tried the BBG. Here's what I think. As a way to get into working out, it's great. If you use it as a way to get started it really does work. I don't recommend the diet, it's so little amount and you end up hungry all day. And it gets tiring to eat. The workouts are good, but get bored fast. If you follow everything as Kayla intends you to, it's not 27 min. It's much more. It's investing a lot of time. You do see results fairly quickly. I would recommend using it as an inspiration, and add on different workouts from other people that are a bit more effective and fun. Personally I see that her leg day is boring and doesn't do much. Swap that out for another leg day routine and you're good to go.
