  1. Alhamdulilah. Great workout. It felt like a 50minute workout actually! My arms are not ready for the switch from the full plank to the elbow plank, in quick succession. So I took it slow.

  2. Assalamalikum wa rahmatullahi wa barkatahu sister Amanah for day 2 and Brother for demonstrating the exercises .Subhanallaah I couldn't do the planks. Is it possible to add the beginner level plank where we can have some support?. I really felt my arms as they haven't done any work in a long time. The core was really challenging.Alhumdulillaah I did not want to miss a day. Jazakallaah for putting the accountability on ourselves.

  3. OMG!!!! Masha Allah!! the best 5 min work out ever!! would do it all over again ๐Ÿ™‚ I always had hard time with planks.. but the way you showed it makes it more bearable! I'm starting to like planks ๐Ÿ™‚ Jazakallah.. May Allah bless you with for sharing this knowledge!

  4. That was awesome, another intense workout!
    Usually the workout videos i have watched have people copying the instructor with a smiley happy face and they do it with a breeze, however watching your husband carry on though he found it difficult by the expression on his face motivated me to carry on and made me feel, ok im not the only one, its actually hard!!
    Jzk again dear sis for taking the time out to do this for people like us. Its motivating me to continue after this challenge, with longer workouts insha Allaah. May Allaah put barakah in all that u are doing. Aameen

  5. Salam! Girl you made us work these 5 minutes! I loved every minute of it! JazakAllah khair! I did mine right when I got home from the park with my toddler. Put a quick cartoon on and got to work! Alhamdulillah, ma sha Allah! The moves are so doable!

  6. Jazakallaahu khair for amazing workouts ๐Ÿ™‚ ..Just finished the workout and i really found arm workouts harder than the abs..I don't know its just me or others feel the same ๐Ÿ˜›

  7. Alhamdulilah, day 2 is done!! As easy as the moves look, my muscles felt them! the last move again was the most challenging, going down on my elbows was doable, but I couldn't go back up honestly!

  8. Mashallah!! Day two was intense. 11:25pm and just put my 9month old daughter to sleep. Got my work out in, and Iโ€™m feeling ready for day 3. Scared for my shoulders tomrrow???

  9. DONE!!! Almost missed day 2. Fasting Arafah today hope i dont get too thirsty.
    'Kayso i couldn't make the planks last, but loved the pre plank move! Love ya!

  10. Salaam amanah. Due to heavy schedule at mosque these past few day i wasn't able to do the rest of the workout…. but in shaa Allah tomorrow i will do the 2nd work out.
