  2. The fact of not dropping carbs is not for everyone. If i eat 200g of carbs a day, i'm bulking AF no way im shredding. I think giving tips for macros in terms of % is pretty personnal. Each people body are working differently. You seems like youre pretty small naturally so it might be what your body is looking for but if youre somebody which is naturally bigger, most of the time youll need to cut carbs a lot to lose weight. Im not saying avoiding them but reducing them.

Yo the meal timing part for #1 Made me feel so much better about my food intake life, cause literally sometimes ill only have 1 big meal and a few snacks and sometimes it makes me feel dumb cause my body cant eat like other people, so that tip made me feel very good about not giving a fuck and just focus on what you feel is better for you to do and stick with it! ???
