  1. Hey ciara are you familiar with green tea for energy……I really want to get the best out of my workouts but when I get to the gym I find I'm so sleepy tired groggy and only work out a minimum. No I don't get much sleep at all I have a 1yr old that I'm still nursing who wakes up every 2 hrs during the night I just want to cry because I can't get the amount of sleep my body needs and I don't want to load up on coffee because I can't drink it black help 🙁 I need energy please give any pointers

  2. Would this work for a person that is overweight? I've look at the 90x and insanity but I don't think those are a good exercise for a person that is overweight. Trying to find something that I would stick too

  3. Yes because there are modifications. It's still pretty intense but at least with this you can start at where you're comfortable and work your way into the harder moves.

  4. Hey, have you considered "Belly Fat Blaze" (search on Google for it)? On their website you will find a useful free video. It helped Randy to lose his tummy fat. It might help you out as well…

  5. I'm doing the 30 day shred too! Or… I should say I tried to start it. But I'm starting again next week. My youngest is sleeping through the night so I have no excuse. I want to be tone by Bonner Brothers in February!

  7. I was doing that workout too. I wish I could have finished it, it messed my knee up miserably. I thought I'd wait a month to start it over again but it's been 3 months and my knees are still buggered.

    My advice is:
    To people about to start the 30 day shred, if you have a desk job and sit a lot make sure you stretch and do knee muscle exercises every time you do this routine. I've read up that a lot of people had the same problem.
