My Experience with Brittany Dawn Fitness

#BrittanyDawnFitness #BrittanyDawn #BDawnFit

I’ve been following Brittany Dawn Fitness for at least 6 years. I purchased a macro plan from her in 2015. it was crap macros from an online calculator!!. My thoughts on her scamming her clients as well as my own experience with her. I’m not trying to bash her in any way but the fitness community needs to know what shes doing. She should be stopped!

  1. I dont understand why ppl follow fake crap like that. All they want is your money.
Talking about food in grams is NOT normal, thats sick and will only lead to problems.
Just eat less sugar and carbs and move your ass.Works for almost everyone out there.
I run 50-60 km every week, and i can eat whatever i want and still lose weight.
You can find all the info how to eat etc FOR FREE !
Internet is loaded with modern snake oil salesman..

  2. She looks average who would someone would paid 100+ for a program she "made" ?????? building muscle, losing fat is not science just be active the more you do the more results you are going to get simple as that

  3. Most young or over attractive fitness people or even fashion people will take advantage the bigger they’re the more likely they will mislead you or betray your trust after awhile people see you as numbers, view, likes, followers and even subscribers it’s about the money and the fame

  4. Hi Julianne.

May I ask: How does being vegan affect how you raise your kids? (If it does, at all)
It’s a source of contention in our relationship as my fiancée’s vegan and I’m not.
I would imagine the kids let you know very quickly whether they’d prefer meat or not

  5. Wow – the same thing happened to me by another Youtube Fitness blogger Rachel Aust. I bought her one-on-one coaching program, she only let me text her, and was always irritated by questions. It was supposed to be a 12 week coaching program and after 3.5 weeks, she cancelled on me and said I have a diet mentality and she can't help me. She also took a hue chunk of money from e which I had to have my credit card company fight for me to get back. What a horrible experience. I didn't lose any weight, wasted a shit load of money and time trying to communicate with Rachel Aust and fight to get my money back. AVOID RACHEL AUST – she's another scammer.

  6. It is plausible to take her to court IF you do a class action lawsuit. I'm not a lawyer, I just saw Erin Brockvich. Lol but seriously, look into it. I'm sure some lawyer would love the sexual media coverage.

  7. She was in way over her head, she wasn’t qualified to provide nutritional services to other women. It’s a shame that she abused her social media prescence for her own financial gain. Now it’s all gonna crumbe down.

  8. I'm personally not vegan, BUT alot can be said for what you said at the end of this video. Going back to what works FOR YOU. Too many people get caught up in fads and trends and dont listen to the biggest advocate… their own body. If it works… why try to fix it?

    Loved the video and insight!

  9. So people around the the world dislike Americans because some of them think they can do whatever they want and get away with it ?. Well brittany dawn is a prime example and just adds fuel to the hate fire.

  10. Interesting. I never knew who she was until the exposed videos started. That's unfortunate that all these people got scam by her. What was she thinking…I seen her apology video.

  11. What would have been smart is to make meal plans at different caloric/macro needs out could buy , and maybe a few options like dairy free vegetarian etc that way she’s can work the custom route as in specialized options BUT NOT “personalized” .. and have her website made with a forum so that people could ask and answer questions (that would be 24/7 access just not with her). Buuuuut she didn’t sooooo

  12. Great video. She's a very very sick unit. She takes "don't care about what others think of you" to a whole new dimension – a dimension of utter lack of mental health. I cant believe she made a video today, like a comeback video. She's got balls of steel.

  13. There’s actually a Facebook group with more than 5,000 women who claimed they were scammed so I think it’s actually closer to more than 6,000 people
