  1. Please do a video about post show. Do you reverse diet or just go on a binge fest? I struggled with feeling confused and lost after doing my first show; I had no plan and it didn’t go very well. ?

  3. Another suggestion is to schedule your deload week right before show day. That should give the same relaxed effect. Thanks for sharing these! Would definitely like a show day version.
