  2. I really love your videos and all of your positivity. But I don't think it's fair to compare "posting on Instagram", as you said, with working. It's not the same. If that were the case, we would all be "working" every day all day long too. It's just not the same.

I'm in a rut right now ?because I'm sick so I've taken the week off the gym to help myself feel better but I feel worse not going ?and this week hasn't been good my car needed breaks I broke a window to my house cut my arm bad my kid is sick and I'm broke the gym is always my escape on bad days but because I can't stop coughing and I feel like I'm losing all the hard work I had done so I'm beating myself up haaard what do you do when your sick?
