I've moved 3 times this year and everytime it breaks my gym consistency but I get back up. But a month ago I moved into the country where the gym is 1 hour away, my car is broken so I haven't been consistent and I can feel my muscles disappearing, I've lost all my muscle gains but the fat I gained while bulking is there ? I keep putting myself down, I miss the gym, I'm in a very dark place right now because I have no gym in my life, i cry everyday and I'm always mad, I don't know what to do, being positive is hard
