SUPERSET Abductions – 8 reps into Resistance Band Pulse Box Squats – 8 reps. 4 Supersets
Resistance Band Pause Squats – 8-10 reps X 3
Sumo Deadlifts – 8 reps X 5
Hip Thrusts – 10 reps X 5
SUPERSET Hack Squat – 8 reps into Jumping Lunges – 16 reps. 3 Supersets!

  1. As if people are THAT low they have to start commenting on how you eat… sad really.
    I love how you eat, how you train etc. I mean you're absolute goals! Don't pay any attention to those trying to drag you down, they're unhappy with themselves and find lashing out as a coping mechanism instead of trying to improve their own issues. Keep doing you b! Much love xox

  2. So in regards to the snacks: cut the cheddar into little cubes and put them and the grapes in a lunchbox or dairylea would be amazing with the grapes ?

  5. I've moved 3 times this year and everytime it breaks my gym consistency but I get back up. But a month ago I moved into the country where the gym is 1 hour away, my car is broken so I haven't been consistent and I can feel my muscles disappearing, I've lost all my muscle gains but the fat I gained while bulking is there ? I keep putting myself down, I miss the gym, I'm in a very dark place right now because I have no gym in my life, i cry everyday and I'm always mad, I don't know what to do, being positive is hard
