  1. hey, where is your shirt. found it a nice difference to most other guys in the sector! to follow you allong you are a bit too fast. make small breaks so everyone can do the exercises in his or her speed? now to the sweets!   2. Enjoyed this session dude. I definitely did less reps than you though ?. Obviously not as well conditioned. Tried to do some handstand training after and my trunk muscles were definitely too fatigued

  4. Subscribed !!! I suffer from Anterior Pelvic Tilt due to a very weak core and glute muscle ( Don't skip leg day !) Thiss routine made my core fire and the stretches was really nice!! Thanks !
