You go girl. I'm all about this type of life! Coming from a modelling background was super hard progressing into the normality of 'eating' and being healthy but there is totally the way forward now. It's so good to see an influencer doing a vlog life this that is relatable. Thankyouuuuu xx

hey babe, have you tried b12? I didnt have my period for 3 months then i started taking b12 and it came back within a week

  13. It just strikes me how many women nowadays struggle with hormonal imbalance as a result of our “healthy lifestyles”. I keep my fingers crossed for you to get your period back solely with the help of supplements. It didn’t work for me, i was on vitex and B12 for 6 months while still going to the gym, and nothing had changed. It’s only when i stopped the gym, let my body relax, kept my supplements, started eating more carbs (that I was so scared of before) and added big breakfasts (oats, bananas, berries, flaxseeds, nuts) first thing in the morning, that I got my period back. I didn’t put much weight on like many girls on youtube mentioned but my body fat has probably increased as i am less lean now. I am still scared to go back to the gym full time not to lose my period again. I did a lot of research on the topic, and it’s basically how nature designed us, men were gatherers-hunters, and women were supposed to chill and wait in the caves for men to bring food. We were not made to be strong warriors but mothers. If we train hard and don’t eat enough our subconsciousness assumes we are in the mode of survival and wouldn’t be able to sustain pregnancy, so why not to switch the period off altogether and prioritise other body functions? Being on the pill only hides the fact that we have lost our period somewhere along our fitness journey, but the underlying reason is that our body has been malnourished and stressed, and it didn’t enjoy the fitness journey as much as our heads did..

THANK.YOU.SO.MUCH!! You have no idea how much this has helped hearing all this since my gut and everything is absolute crap. This is motivation and I’m getting to work straight away!

  15. I would love more health and fitness related vlogs! In your next video would you be able to address how quickly eating more and training less affected you and whether eating more affected your bodily negatively initially or whether as soon as you did your body relaxed in terms of not feeling like it was in survival mode? Thankyou for this content, it’s very helpful and informative!

  16. Oooooft that's my all time favourite protein powder and flavour! Super silky texture too

  17. can you please do a video on why you quit f45 and the transition to weight training as I am in this situation now!!

  18. I love these videos from you because you seem to be so aware of how you feel and how to treat your body to feel best so its really helpful to listen to your tips and follow them. Thanks a lot and can't wait for more from your health journey x

Hey I'm dairy free as well and trying to get super fit but I can't stop craving sweet food I was wonder what recipe you use for the brownies? I have tried 3 different recipies and don't like the taste at all

  20. I’ve been recently well known in the dieting and fitness area of specialization for well over a decade and in that period I’ve grown a exceptional standing of which I’m considerably proud of. Just what I’m wanting to articulate is that, they devoted the better part of a year revising and testing the 3 week diet regime before they finally made it on the market to the public. in doing so, they made absolutely certain that every single thing was covered knowing that nothing was left out. https://truehealthreport.com/the-2-week-diet-review-legit/

  21. Girl how did you build up to eating 2000 calories, i'm of similar height and build to you but 2000 calories or upwards freaks me the heck out despite the fact that I train 5-6 times per week. When I do increase it i feel like my body really holds on to those cals because I spent so long eating lower cals that I probably should have. Did you add on the calories slowly to reach a higher calorie goal? And are you incorporating cardio or just weight training? X

  22. Louisa Vuleta

Thankyou for this! It really helps and you are great at giving advice ❤️

  23. I take yaz too, I came off it as my hubby & I decided to try for a baby. I literally was pregnant in the first month! ? That was after being on it for years too. I find it’s the only one that hasn’t affected my hormones, weight & skin. I guess everyone is different ??‍♀️

  24. Can I ask who you saw to get all these supplements beside the naturopath? Was wondering if you saw any functional doctors about the bloating/gut… I’m struggling to find a good doctor near me who understands this stuff fully
