  1. I barely made it into 3rd circuit before i couldn't anymore. I'm still proud i didn't think I'd make it past the 1st one. Im gonna try it again i wanna be able to finish it before i go onto the next one. This will take me more than a monrh but it's ok I'll get there.

  3. Tried doing this with lower back pain and I damn near killed myself. Will do this once I'm feeling better.

    I don’t know if it is the combination of your exercises or because I improved my posture following your advices.

    There are so many trainers in YouTube but you are the only person who REALLY explain the right posture for exercises and the activation process.

    Before discovering your method/videos I was confused which type of exercise suits me. You combine all types and select the best ones! I can’t believe that you share all that experience and research for FREE!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

    It’s funny because before I discover your videos I did the SAME exercises WITH weights!! I was very confident and then I saw an activation video of yours, although I thought “no weights? That’s easy! I guess I can do it for warm up!” How naïve I was! I did the exercises and follow your instruction about posture..and I feel the BURN! Since then I follow only your videos.

    I finished the “FREE 30 Day Fitness Challenge” then the “FREE 10 Day Hourglass Sculpt Guide”. I saw huge difference. And I learned the importance of the Core!

    Your motivation and all your positive energy are extraordinary. I am now officially addicted to your exercises!

  7. I just finished the first workout! I had to take a couple of longer breaks and didnt always keep going continously though the workout and needed to stop and used some of the alternative ways of doing them but im sweating loads and im so proud i got through it! I did 12 burpies (well the easy one). Through it hurt and im exhausted im determined to get through the next 29!

    It's day 1 for me and I was only able to complete 20 minutes! But I will continue to build up my strength I am sure

  9. I'm on day 22 of this program, but did day 1 again because I wanted some extra exercise today. The fist time I did day one I felt like I was going to die. Today I was sweaty, but my breathing was under control and it wasn't too hard. This program really works and I can see amazing differences in my body. Thank you Lilly!

  10. I highly HIGHLY recommend doing this set on the same floor as your shower… You won't want stairs after this.

  17. Am so happy I found this. Just finished day one. Really great workout, intense but somehow the 30minutes went by really fast. Well done Lilly. Am looking into toning, and not losing weight really so I feel this is perfect for me. Planning to finish the challenge. Can't wait to see the results.
