  1. Hey Leo…ever tried these for seated military press? Always a difficult movement to unrack without causing stress on the delts. Also…are you Filipino? If so…Salamat. I thought I saw a Filipino flag in your Yoke bar review.

  2. next time start with explaining what the hell you're reviewing. Only took 1/3 of the video full of gibberish before you even show what the damn bracket is used for

  3. Sweet garage set up man. can you break down the components for us? maybe post a link to the sites you bought it from? thanks and stay strong bro

  4. Excellent and thorough review. I was on the fence, but after the measurement section and physical demonstration (bar only a real plus), now I'm sold. Thank you again, and best of luck with your workouts.

  5. Thanks again for your opinion , and review. I do agree and i recomend it. It's a great adittion to the power rack. I tried it and works really good.

  6. Love these things.>>>ur2.pl/1190 Wanted to build a small home gym in my garage, but didn't want to take up a ton of space. They are perfect for giving you tons of options for weight increments while not creating the clutter of having 15 pairs of dumbbells. They are very easy to use and quickly adjust weight. The only knock as others have said is that if you did the smallest weight (5 pounds), it's a bit bulky for a 5 pound weight. Not a deal breaker for me by any means…I anticipated that. They look and feel very solidly built. Quality product

  7. Wow, what a set up you got. Your the guy with all the fun toys on the block. I was thinking of getting a Titan power rack because of the monolift and it being cheaper then Rogue, as it is on the expensive side. But now I think I'll save up some more money. I herd Titan's monolift is ok but not as good as Rogue. Rogue having more motion. Your video makes me want to do it right. Probably dont need all that, but would be nice. Still undecided. I'm saving my Plasma Money!

  8. I floor press coz of knackered shoulders , so wouldn't use that , but it's great bit of kit man ! Nice vid , ps if I'd had that years ago me shoulders mighta bin ok now lol
